The roof is finally on! And the first construction payment is due. We still have standing water in the basement, and much of the main level is wet and muddy. Some interior walls still need to be framed out, but the exterior walls are completely framed and the roof wood is in place. We're hoping for dry weather so the construction timeline can get back on track.
